Development trend of valve standard in China

1) Strengthen the links between standards and scientific research, especially those of major national scientific and technological projects, guide key enterprises in scientific research and technological advancement, transform the achievements of independent innovation into standards, and promote the development of new technologies and technologies.

The National Standard Committee for Valves (Gate Valves, Check Valves, Butterfly Valves, Exhaust Valves, etc.) is currently formulating the national standard "Valve Intelligent Electric Device". Valve intelligent electric device is a new product developed in foreign countries at the beginning of this century. Through the introduction and research, China has mastered the technology, and the development is very fast. Yangzhou Electric Power Repair, Tianjin Ertong, Wenzhou Rotok, Changzhou Power Station Auxiliaries and so on can be produced, and the product quality is quite good. The formulation of high-tech content of the "Valve Intelligent Electric Device" standard has a great role in promoting the development of industry, blocking or reducing imported products.

Converting a batch of new products and technologies into standards reduces costs, improves benefits, optimizes product functions, makes new products and technologies quickly recognized by the market, and promotes the progress of the valve industry.

2) Develop standards for energy conservation, consumption reduction and new materials to promote industrial restructuring.

Because of the limited natural resources in China, it is one of the development directions of valve standards to formulate standards for energy saving, water saving and material saving. We will accelerate the elimination of products with low efficiency and high energy consumption, adjust the industrial structure, and promote the development and application of new technologies and products.

In the aspect of material saving, the key point is to study new materials and replace metal materials with new materials, so as to save steel and precious metals.

The new ceramic valve uses new ceramic materials to make sealing parts and vulnerable parts of the valve, which improves the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and sealing of the valve products, and greatly prolongs the service life of the valve. Ceramic materials are widely used and have low cost. Ceramic materials with superior properties can be produced by using common elements such as aluminium, carbon and silicon, which can save a lot of metal materials and rare mineral resources. Ceramic valves are used in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, sewage treatment and other industrial fields. Their wear resistance, good sealing, can minimize leakage, and will play a positive role in promoting environmental protection. Following the development of technology, the Valve Bidding Committee organized the formulation of the "Ceramic Sealed Valves" (JB/T10925-2005) standard to accelerate the promotion of ceramic sealing technology and promote the development of ceramic sealing materials.

In terms of reducing energy consumption, we should vigorously develop valve products with low flow resistance and low loss. In terms of power saving, the emphasis is on the electric device of the valve. By choosing the motor with low energy consumption and low noise, and improving the structure of the electric device, the energy consumption of the electric device can be controlled.
