Stainless Steel Ball valve

A ball valve is a valve driven by a stem and rotated around the axis of the ball valve. It can also be used for fluid regulation and control. Hard-sealed V-type ball valve has strong shear force between V-type ball core and metal seat of hardfacing carbide, especially for medium containing fibers and micro-solid particles.

Compared with other kinds of valves, pneumatic ball valves have the advantages of angular stroke output torque, fast opening, stable and reliable opening, wide application, and the following advantages:

1. Thrust bearing reduces the friction moment of the valve stem, which makes the stem operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time.

2. Anti-static function: Spring is set between sphere, valve stem and valve body, which can derive static electricity generated in the process of switching.

3. Because PTFE and other materials have good self-lubrication and small friction loss with the sphere, the service life of pneumatic ball valves is long.

4. Low fluid resistance: Pneumatic ball valves are the least fluid resistance of all valve classifications, and even shrinkage pneumatic ball valves have relatively small fluid resistance.

5. Stem sealing is reliable: because the stem only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the stem is not easy to be destroyed, and the sealing ability increases with the increase of medium pressure.
