Copper valves

Copper valves, which are cast with copper, belong to industrial parts. In China, Ningbo, Zhejiang, took the lead in developing and manufacturing technology. In the early 1980s, Ningbo, Zhejiang, took the lead in developing manufacturing technology, which changed the history of long-term use of cast iron valves in China. Sand casting process was first used in manufacturing process, and forging process was changed in the early 1990s. At the beginning of the 21st century, China has developed into the world copper valve manufacturing center.

Copper Valve Product Classification:

Copper gate valve: Gate valve refers to the valve whose closure part (gate) moves vertically along the axis of the passage. It is mainly used as cutting medium in the pipeline, that is, fully open or fully closed.

Copper ball valve: evolved from the cock valve, its opening and closing parts are a sphere, using the sphere to rotate around the axis of the stem 90 degrees to achieve the purpose of opening and closing.

Copper globe valve: refers to the valve whose closure (disc) moves along the center line of the seat. According to the movement of the disc, the change of the seat opening is proportional to the disc travel.

Copper Check Valve: A valve that automatically opens and closes discs depending on the flow of the medium itself to prevent medium backflow.
